All items are made to order. Production takes 7–10 business days. Shipping usually takes up to 2 weeks, depending on destination. Total delivery time is typically 3–4 weeks.
Payment is processed via PayPal at checkout. After your order, we may contact you by email, WhatsApp, or Instagram to confirm colors and customization details.
Prices are shown in USD. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Customization
You can choose from our color palette and available combinations for each model. Final details are confirmed with you before production starts.
Shipping
We ship to Europe, the United States, and other countries as listed on the site. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Returns & warranty
Returns: You may return an item if it is unused, in original packaging, and you contact us within 14 days of delivery. Custom-made items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Warranty: We offer a 2-week warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact us with photos and your order number. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact and shipping details. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or customs processes in your country.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — images, text, designs — belongs to YAVY Studio. You may not copy or use it without permission.

We are a small studio making handmade goods. We do our best, but we are not liable for indirect damages, delays beyond our control, or minor variations in leather color and texture — natural characteristics of vegetable tanned leather.
