How It Works
Choose your model and colors
Every model in our catalog can be made in any color from our palette.

Place your order
Fill in the order form and submit. Drop us a message on WhatsApp or Instagram so we can confirm the colors and details before we start.
Personal contact
Once your order is in, we'll confirm your color combination, shipping address, and any notes. When everything is agreed, we'll send a payment invoice.
Your piece is made
Production takes 7–10 business days.
Before it ships, you'll receive a photo. If anything's off — we'll fix it before sending.

It ships to you
We'll carefully pack your piece and ship it. Once it's on the way, you'll receive a tracking number.
Delivery time depends on your country — typically 7–8 business days for Europe and the USA.

Quality guarantee
If there's a quality issue when the piece arrives — stitching, hardware, leather — write us within 2 weeks. We'll repair it at no cost.
After it arrives
Vegetable tanned leather will darken and soften over time — that's the material doing what it's supposed to do.
